Isaiah was an amazing man of God. He stood in God’s presence. He knew God intimately. One day he heard God say “Whom will I send?” He didn’t look around to look and see who God was talking to. Isaiah heard the voice of his Master. Isaiah understood that God’s goal for us is obedience. That was Isaiah’s heart.
God wasn’t necessarily talking to Isaiah. God needed someone to go on a mission for Him. Isaiah answered even though God wasn’t talking to him. He was ready and had a heart to go.
Then I heard the voice of the Lord asking:
Who will I send? Who will go for us?
